about the job.

As Region Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of podiatrists in the Friesland region, based in Leeuwarden. Besides providing high-quality foot care, you are also the driving force behind realising our vision of total foot care. You will contribute to the substantive quality of care and ensure efficient operations within the region.

what are you going to do?

• Managing the team of podiatrists and ensuring efficient operations in the region.
• Ensuring the substantive quality of foot care and encouraging care innovations.
• Function as a point of contact for both organisational and substantive questions from the team.
• Represent the practice and maintain relationships with external healthcare providers.
• Promote and implement Stepp Footcare's mission, vision and strategy.

what do we ask of you?

You are a stress-resistant, enterprising person with a customer-oriented attitude and a positive work ethic. You are a qualified (diabetes) podiatrist, independent, enjoy working in a team and have a flexible attitude with at least 3 years of experience in practice.
