What your role as an orthopaedic shoemaker and branch manager looks like.

As branch manager, you are the point of contact for shoemakers and branch assistants working at several locations in the region. You identify bottlenecks and opportunities in daily operations and translate them into concrete improvement actions. You also participate in national meetings with fellow branch managers, where you think along about developments across the organisation. In this way, you contribute to a future-proof care organisation in which quality, cooperation and innovation are central.
