What your role as a Branch Assistant looks like.

In this varied role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and the indispensable link behind the scenes. You will ensure the branch runs smoothly, the schedules are correct, and everyone is helped with a good feeling.

  • You welcome clients in a hospitable and professional manner, both at the reception desk and over the telephone.
  • You register clients and accurately process referrals, orders, and data in our systems.
  • You manage and optimise the schedules of practitioners and shoemakers.
  • You coordinate logistics flows: inbound deliveries, stock management and dispatches.
  • You support therapists and shoemakers in their daily work.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the order, cleanliness, and appearance of the establishment.
  • You identify and report any peculiarities, and actively contribute ideas for improvements to work processes.

What you bring as a Branch Assistant.

You are someone who maintains an overview, acts quickly, and enjoys working in a dynamic healthcare environment. You feel responsible for a well-organised branch, switch effortlessly between reception, administration and logistics, and enjoy welcoming clients warmly and professionally. You see what needs to be done, take initiative, and think ahead.

At the very least, you'll bring this:

  • Mbo-4 work and thinking level
  • You are available 4 to 5 mornings per week
  • Experience with administrative and/or logistical tasks
  • Good computer skills
  • You work accurately, in a structured manner, and maintain an overview
  • You communicate in a friendly and clear manner, both verbally and in writing
  • You are service-oriented, proactive, and practical-minded

What you will receive as a Branch Assistant.

  • A contract of 16 to 20 hours per week.
  • 26 vacation days based on a full-time employment contract (38 hours).
  • According to the collective agreement, affiliated with the retail pension fund
  • Travel allowance €0.23 per kilometre with a maximum of €250 per month.
